On Monday the 14th I had old friends, Jeff, Harry and Dave aboard. First we shot over to GKH for some fresh bunker. After a few throws, we were off to fishing. Started off on the Staten Island side, and west of GKH. We livelined and chunked bunker. The only thing biting there was a bluefish blitz!
So off we went to our next spot. Romer Shoal Lighthouse. We did the Clamberto there for some nice Striper action. We caught and released about 16 short Stripers and caught 2 for the dinner table. The winds started picking up, so we went to our last stop, the CH buoy! (Code for the Clam Hut). We stayed at that spot until we were all "fish faced".
Some say we were fishing till the moon came out! That was just Jeff bending over!
Or, we can use Jeff's picture bending over as stating "The End" of Monday's pictures!
